"I like to make illustrations as a form of expression using feelings and imagination, using shapes, colors, symbolism, and combining everything in a playful way.
Playing with rithms and dynamics is always something I get some sort of satisfaction from.
Or getting inspiration from things that stand out in my immediate environment.
Like a bowl of soup that I had put on the heating for lack of table space, Mickey Mouse and Kermit the frog waiting at the bus stop.
Or stupid things that I find funny, like someone who puts his salad in the microwave.
You could say that humor plays a big role in my work, as you might have guessed.
I like to use my work as a way of not taking things so seriously, even though I have the tendency to do so. "
